  Since February of 2016 my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Kevin Gerbers and his team on 3 real estate deals. Our first deal, buying a home he recently renovated himself, was the most joyful first home purchase I can imagine. Kevin represented himself and us, and the outcome was a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind home at a fair price that gave us the best two years new parents could ask for. His craftsmanship and attention to detail are worldclass, and his pride in his work permeates all that he does.
  
  Nearly two years later, my mom was planning a move to Fort Wayne from across the country. Kevin worked with her through me on a complex foreclosure purchase. He was efficient, funny, and perfectly aggressive in ensuring the deal was done in a timely and fair manner. He included my mom in all steps and she felt his excitement from all the way across the country.
  
  Finally, we recently closed on the purchase of a new home with Kevin. The home had been on the market for 16 months, with many offers made. No one could close the deal on this incredible home except for Kevin. One showing, two emails, and a phone call later the sellers had accepted our original offer and we were under contract. Kevin has incredible business instincts and acumen, and he does it all with integrity and class. I never worry that he would misrepresent us, a property, or himself. He's as good a guy as you can find.
  
  As we wrap up our first chapter in a home sold to us and renovated by Kevin (a home which we were able to sell in less than one week without listing thanks to his craftsmanship and vision), and move into the next home sold to us by Kevin, we feel confident that all of our real estate needs, whenever they arise, will be met by an honest man that we are proud to call our realtor, neighbor, and friend.
