  It feels like they not in it to help like they say. You get one time to go in your life but if items you need are not there then your out of luck. Why not schedule a person when get things they need in or have come back at another day. Another idea would be to partner with places like the Salvation Army to get items they don't have. Also, you aren't made aware of what they have to offer and if caseworker doesn't put it on referral you have missed out again. I would hate for a person to have been in a fire and look to them for help when supplies low.
